Applied Project Management (Public) October (APM (Public) October)

Description
Welcome to the Applied Project Management Course.

This is an INTRODUCTORY LEVEL course.

The course serves as an introduction or refresher course about project management. It was designed to provide you with a thorough overview of best practices in the field of project management and to teach you hands-on project management techniques. You will be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the course in any project environment, as the course is not industry specific.

The course is a blended learning course in which you will have access to six e-learning modules that cover relevant project management theory, spanning the life-cycle of a project. At the end of each module is a quiz to assess your newfound or refreshed knowledge. Each module also involves a virtual contact session with the course instructor, in which the module topic is further explored.

Lastly, each module also involves a voluntary assignment. Although it is voluntary, you are encouraged to complete these assignments, as doing so will embed the skills, thereby optimizing the learning experience.
