Welcome to the Applied Project Risk Management Course.

The APRM course is an INTRODUCTORY LEVEL course about project risk management. It has a hands-on approach, covering the following learning outcomes:

1. Develop a project risk management plan for a project of your choice.
2. Identify project risks, describe them using risk metalanguage, and log them in a project risk register.
3. Use the risk management plan to perform a qualitative analysis on the project’s risk.
4. For each risk, assign a suitable risk response and risk owner, provide a practical action plan to execute the risk response, update the risk register accordingly, and indicate which project management artifacts will be affected.
5. Monitor project risks and update, refine, or amend risk information as applicable.

Each of these outcomes is addressed through a practical assignment. A certificate of successful completion is earned if all the assignments are performed and submitted according to the requirements, all the virtual sessions were attended, all the presentations were completed, and all the quizzes were completed.
However, assignments are not compulsory. If all the assignments are not completed and submitted according to the requirements, a certificate of attendance will apply, providing all the virtual sessions were attended, all the presentations were completed, and all the quizzes were completed.
